What happens to your information when you use this website. Last updated 1 November 2026.
The short version
This website has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We don’t ask you for personal information to read it.
What is stored on your device
If you change the Accessibility settings (text size, colours, font or spacing), your choices are saved in your browser on your own device so they are remembered next time. They are never sent to us or anyone else. You can clear them with “Reset to default” or by clearing your browser’s site data.
Website hosting
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which is based in the United States. Like all web hosts, it processes technical information such as your IP address and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
If you email us
If you email info@theralifeaustralia.com.au, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. Our email is provided by Google Workspace, so your message is stored with Google. We use it only to reply to you, we don’t sell it or share it for marketing, and we keep it only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. Please don’t include sensitive details such as medical information or NDIS numbers.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) principles where they apply.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
